You know what? Heck yeah girl! “Nice Girls Win” tackles themes of workplace discrimination, feelings of burnout, domestic obligations, carrying the burden of the mental load, the need for external validation, comparison culture, people pleasing, etc. All the heavy hitters every woman can relate to…

Nice Girls Win is a battle cry for every woman who was taught that being good meant putting herself last. It dares us to stop shrinking, stop apologizing for wanting more, and reclaim the space we were taught to surrender. Being kind was never the problem. Believing we had to disappear to prove it was…

…This is definitely a book for all the girl bosses out there and anyone who wants to develop these qualities and put them into practice. I also highly recommend getting it in physical format rather than as an audiobook. It's one of those books you'll want to have a pen and some paper nearby to highlight, take notes, and come back to your favorite lessons.

Nice Girls Win was the book I didn't know I needed. So many themes in this book were actually almost hard to read because they hit SO close to home. As a working mother of 3, so much of this hit the nail on the head. Ehlers really makes you examine the situations that you find yourself in as a woman, and grants you the permission to take what you want. This is extremely encouraging to women everywhere, as soon as my daughter is old enough I'll be giving this to her. Kelly thank you for the gifted copy!
